GlobalGiving gives Whisper a low-cost way to receive tax-deductible donations from the UK and USA. It also allows UK and US fundraisers to set up individual sponsorship pages (for sponsored runs etc) to accept tax-deductible donations.

Fees are normally 5%, plus a 3% charge for the payment processor, although the fees vary by country.
