Whisper the Union for Childcare, Outreach and Education

Whisper the Union for Childcare, Outreach and Education is a Uganda-registered NGO that was set up to carry out Whisper’s work in Uganda.

The NGO is registered with the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Uganda under the National Board of Non-Government Organisation Registration S.5914/10877 to operate within Jinja District and Busoga region with a special emphasis to reduce poverty, provide self-sustainable projects, education and employment to the Ugandan communities, aiming at thousands of children living in poverty and bad conditions. The NGO is registered as an “International NGO” and it has no trustees or directors of its own as it’s considered a branch of Whisper’s UK charity. Veronika Cejpkova is Country Director and an employee of the NGO.
