Serious Incidents
Whisper is required to report “serious incidents” promptly to the Charity Commission. Usually, nothing bad will happen as a result of a serious incident report; the Charity Commission just wants to know when they happen.
The range of events that may be considered serious incidents is quite broad.

Whisper occasionally experiences attempted fraud. Fraud, whether attempted or actual, should be reported as a serious incident. It should also be reported to Action Fraud.
